Falling off the rig while doing pull ups and landing in a bucket of chalk during a competition in front of lots of people.

Old man rock and I do love my Annie Mac playlists.
Go to cheat meal:
Chip shop nuggs and chips, and I'm a sucker for a share bag of peanut M&Ms and Frazzles (but I WILL NOT be sharing!!)

Favourite WOD:
My two favourite movements are deadlifts and handstand push ups so it definitely has to be
Diane which is 21-15-9 Deadlifts and HSPU.
Biggest CrossFit fail:
When I was learning Pull-ups with a black band it it decided to ping me in the unmentionables, very painful experience, definitely something I will never forget as everyone laughed.
Favourite workout music:
House music remixes, something with a good beat I can zone out to and enjoy the workout!
Go to cheat meal:
Cheeky Nandos all the way just like me, double chicken breast pitta with chips and coleslaw and a side portion of chicken wings....delish.

Biggest CrossFit fail:
Very early in my CrossFit journey I was tricked into going way too hard on a workout called “Kalsu” and ended up being sick all over the floor and not completing it.

DOUGHNUTS!!! Cannot be trusted to look after or share them.

Fran - controversial I know but I love a thruster.
Biggest CrossFit fail:
My biggest 'Cath in Crisis' moment was at the SiD competition with Two Tails. It's safe to say 100 worm hang cleans took my soul and everyone very kindly captured pics of the moment when I really was in deep crisis.
Favourite workout music:
Big Bootie Remixes! These are my favourite when working out. I get bored easily so mixing it up with old songs I have forgotten about makes me forget how much pain I’m in.

Wagamamas! Chicken Katsu curry all day long with some bao buns and gyozas.

Favourite WOD:
A 30-40min Chipper WOD, head down and go through the movements until completed.
Biggest CrossFit fail:
During a team qualifier, after 27 unbroken pull ups I lost a grip and landed on my back. There was a big crack sound and everyone was worried about me, meanwhile I was crying that we had to stop the qualifier.
Favourite workout music:
Any workout is better with R&B, Rap and Garage tunes.
Go to cheat meal:
I don’t do cheat meals, but I have a sweet tooth for chocolate, sweet/sour sweets and M&Ms...so please feel free to bring a packet with you to treat your coach :)

Favourite WOD:
Murph! 1 mile run, 100 Pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, finished with a 1 mile run in a 10kg weighted vest. It’s a physical and mental battle but seeing yearly improvements has been great.
Biggest CrossFit fail:
Nearly taking out Dean with a PB power snatch attempt.
Favourite workout music:
Old school garage with a baseline drop or a bit of Country music from Zach Bryan when lifting.
Go to cheat meal:
Five Guys, double bacon cheese burger with jalepenos, Cajun fries and a chocolate milkshake.

Nancy - 5 rounds for time of 400m run, 15 OHS
(Love an OHS despite my occasional fails).
Biggest CrossFit Fail:
Falling over backwards in an Overhead squat. Didn’t let go of the bar, Cathy filmed it until the end. Don’t ask to see the footage.
Favourite workout music:
Boy Bands!! Reminiscing mid WOD over old dance routines… busting out the dance moves instead of finishing the WOD.
Go to cheat meal:
KFC. Dirty fried chicken. Could easily do a bucket. With the gravy of course, some coleslaw and maybe a corn on the cob for good measure.
