Membership cancellation

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.


If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 1 month written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation of a membership prior to the expiration of a specified 6-month commitment period requires a 1 month notice prior to billing date. Cancellation of membership prior to expiration of a 6-month commitment period requires a termination fee equivalent to the balance owed for your time with an active membership.


Example Cancellation Request:
Member A signed up for an unlimited 6 month commitment at £100 per month (1 month agreement is £110) having joined and attended for 3 of the 6 months Member A now wishes to cancel.


At the point of submitting the cancellation request form Member A is giving their 1 month notice. This means they are eligible to pay for month 4. This means that Member A owes the difference for those 4 months, £10 x 4 months equals £40 as a final payment (effectively your cancelation fee) plus their months notice.
